James Gandolfini was the kindest, most genuine human being ever. He only attacked the guy videoing him because he was filming his son and harassing him all day. He doesn't like paparazzi nor does he like the fame game. He's uncomfortable with the fame. He is a beautiful person with a heart of gold. He's a brilliant father, great husband and a great person all together. I'm sure he does love the fan mail. It's people showing their support to him and their love of him. He needed that because he regularly doubted himself and believed everybody is better than him.
